We will work with you every step of the way with remodeling or adding design to your new build. We will manage your project from the initial concept all the way through to completion. This means we source all the necessary materials, finishes, & fixtures, coordinate installations/deliveries, and manage trades to execute the final design. Whether it’s one room or an entire house, we’re here to make your life easier. At G Design Studio, we have our North Carolina Residential General Contractor License, and if the project is the right fit, we are also able to be your general contractor for your project. Already have a general contractor and/or an architect? We’re here to help you design your space to bring it to life and work alongside the teams that are already on board.
Have you purchased a home, moved to a new place, or need to refresh a room? We offer a material selection service to help you transform your space. This service includes a design presentation and physical samples (if applicable) where we work with you one on one to accomplish your design style with material and finishes only for your home, DIY, or general contractor. We are also available to consult and accompany you to your design center meeting for your new build to help select the finishes of your home, please inquire for more information.
From remodels to figuring out furniture layouts for your home, we offer 2D plan sets for all your projects. This may be a room, an area of your home, or your entire house. This service includes a site visit for a home survey where dimensions, photos, and a video will be taken (for locals only), and an electronic delivery of a design drawing set. Once we have everything, we will work one on one with you to achieve your goals. Our design drawing sets are for design intent only, and can include but are not limited to: survey existing floor plans, proposed new floor plans, furniture plans and/or elevations where needed, and/or exterior elevations. We also offer consultation help with your architect for all your floor plan needs. Please inquire for more information.
We understand how overwhelming it can feel when trying to discover your design style and purchase pieces that are not only cohesive, but align with your lifestyle and needs. We work one on one with you to go over your goals and understand your desired style. This service includes but is not limited to: a site visit to measure the space, a presentation with inspiration imagery, existing photos, a floor plan or elevation if applicable, furniture, and/or accessories to achieve your goals and style, and installation. Once we get your approval, we’ll start shopping! We will coordinate deliveries and set an install date to perfectly curate your space. This service can apply to accessories and décor, furniture, furniture and accessories & décor, your current pieces, or mixing new pieces with your current ones.
