Have you just purchased a home, moved to a new place, or need to refresh a room? We offer a material selection service to help you transform your space virtually. We will work one on one with you to accomplish your design style with materials and finishes for your home, DIY project, or general contractor with a presentation. Final design presentations include links to all materials and finishes that were selected for you, or your contractor to order.
From remodels to figuring out furniture layouts for your home, we offer 2D plan sets for all your projects. This may be a room, an area of your home, or your entire house. For this virtual service, we require an existing floor plan with dimensions, photos, and a video of the space. The existing floor plan can be blueprints or a sketch done by you that includes all the necessary measurements needed for the project. For entire home space planning, we kindly request for existing blueprints to help you as accurately as possible. Once we have everything, we will work one on one with you to achieve your goals. This service includes an electronic delivery of a design drawing set. Our design drawing sets are for design intent only and can include but are not limited to: proposed new floor plans, furniture plans and/or elevations where needed, and/or exterior elevations. We also offer consultation help with your architect for all your floor plan needs, please inquire for more information.
We understand how overwhelming it can feel when trying to discover your design style and purchase pieces that are not only cohesive, but align with your lifestyle and needs. This service can apply to just accessories and décor, furniture, furniture and accessories & décor, your current pieces, or mixing new pieces with your current ones. Virtually, we will work one on one with you to go over your goals and to understand your desired style so that you are set up for success to execute your vision on your own. For this virtual service, we require an existing floor plan with dimensions, photos, and a video of the space to accurately source pieces for the space. The existing floor plan can be blueprints or a sketch done by you that includes all the necessary measurements needed for the project. This service includes but is not limited to: a presentation with inspiration imagery, existing photos, a floor plan or elevation if applicable, furniture, accessories, and/or mood board(s), to achieve your goals and style. Once we complete any revisions and get your seal of approval, we will send you the final presentation with links to all the sourced items and a plan. With your shopping list, you’re able to design and order at your own pace. But don’t worry, we’re here for you if you need help with anything.

IN FIELD VERIFICATION, EXECUTION, AND IMPLEMENTATION RESPONSIBILITY SHALL GO TO THE OWNER(S) AND/OR GENERAL CONTRACTOR.
